He’s out there cooking fresh salmon, serving people with his own hands… and someone takes the plate and slams it on the ground. No cameras would blame him if he packed it up and left right there. But he didn’t. Because real character isn’t revealed when people are grateful… it’s revealed when they’re not. Not everyone will appreciate what you do. Some will disrespect it. Some will test you.
