You’ve been scrolling a lot today. What if you could do it without using your fingers? I’m building NeurBridge: A real-time brain-computer interface using the Muse 2 headband. Right now I’m streaming live EEG data from my head into a Python backend and turning neural signals into actual device commands. This is day 4. First working demo (left/right navigation + blink to select) coming soon. What are some more commercial use-cases you could imagine?

Everyone show your love here and tell @AdamDraper why we should get the $500k to GROW BioLLM - the first EVER AI trained on real human neurons. We have accomplished: - BCI inference layer - 500+ users - BioLLM.com …and SO much more!

At @BoostVC: We exist to accelerate the Sci-Fi future. We do this by investing $500k as a first or early partner in "Default Optimist", "Default Movement" founders. Our core business model is to invest $500k at sub-$10m valuations. We are highest velocity in the category of NewBio right now, but we are generalists for world changing ideas. Thank you.

I found myself in a panel with Sebastian Thrun who started the Waymo company. I couldn’t help but record him for a few seconds. I was wearing the @Looki_ai pendant. Will be interesting to see what it does tonight. Talking about how Ai will change products at the Dreame event in San Francisco. Big Chinese consumer electronics company that makes amazing products. Is announcing a new AI operating system for phones on Thursday. And I have a bunch of videos. They make a variety of robots. Grass cutting. Pool sweeping. Vacuuming and mopping. And a lot more. Company is all built around small electrical motors. Some spinning more than 200,000 times a second. My head was spinning. I kept my own. And the other panelists were bad asses too. But he started an autonomous car company and really industry.

@vhespanha0 Yes, just makes signal hard to detect (hair adds a layer that these signals have to traverse) But it really just depends where the nodes are placed!

@ishratn00ri Right now I’m focused on building a reliable minimal classifier for accessibility and industrial use cases (phone/TV control + hands-free operation in high-risk environments). Once that’s solid, I’m definitely interested in exploring more avenues!

Great question! EEG doesn’t read individual neurons directly. Instead, it measures the summed postsynaptic potentials from thousands of pyramidal neurons in the cerebral cortex firing together. These tiny electrical fields (in the microvolt range) are conducted through the skull and scalp, where the electrodes on the Muse 2 pick them up from your forehead and behind your ears!

@Ya_sharm Does it read the neurons in your brain? How was it able to send all of that data from the brain? You think if it and it goes on to work? How does it work? I'm so curious to know.

THIS GUY is streaming live EEG from a Muse 2 headband straight into Python and turning brain signals into scroll commands. No fingers necessary. Imagine a world where disabled users get full phone and computer control. And traders execute moves on the go without touching a device. Productivity explodes when your brain directly triggers agents instead of typing every prompt. As someone who is obsessed with optimization this is definitely something I could see myself using in the future.

@1Alvin__ Fair point! While doomscrolling is real, NeurBridge is also designed for people who can’t use their hands whether due to disability, injury, or being in high-risk environments. The goal isn’t to make scrolling worse, it’s to give people more options :)

@LoisAgada No side effects! I'd argue this is more passive than having airpods on all day. Right now, I'd like to focus on consumer electronics as to avoid FDA/HIPPA compliance. The moment I start diagnosing (as we do in a clinical context) I'll need much more clearance.
