Being patient is not sitting and waiting. It’s working… without rushing the result. Plant today. Water daily. Even when nothing shows on the surface. Because growth happens quietly first. Impatience digs up the seed to check progress. Patience lets it take root. Move. Build. Adjust. Just don’t rush what needs time. That’s how real results show up. Good morning, good afternoon, and good evening... depending on where you read from. Be patient.

I read a lot of people’s situations in my DM, some I lived, some I didn't, either way, I understand it means. We were counted among the “poor.” You could see it in our home, our clothes, everything. Step by step, struggle by struggle… she we were raised, seven of us. Today, the same family people overlooked… is now one others look up to. And those houses we admired back then? Many didn’t last. Life has a way of flipping the script. So if you’re struggling right now… hear this: Your current chapter is not your final story. It may be hard. It may be slow. But if you don’t stop… it won’t end here. Keep going.

Your apology is meaningless without changed behavior. Saying sorry is easy, doing differently is hard.

@Yahtee08 @Nwagwukasarachi @DavidAbu_ Your father is a wise man. As a man, always look out for yourself. And it's your duty to marry someone who's genuinely into you and knows her role in your life. Someone you can both build things together and hustle. Plan your life as if it depends on you alone & God. You are OYO.

@MrOlibaba My experience with loans changed when I took one from a cooperative and used it to rebrand my salon. That move improved my visibility, positioning, and daily cash flow. I’ve learned that debt works when it creates real value, not just survival.

Go to ASPAMDA Market or Ladipo Auto Spare Parts Market in Lagos, most of those businesses are running on bank loans. But they hide it. As a Bank Relationship Manager try talking to them about a loan when their boys, friends, or other traders are in the shop. You will not get their attention. They will shut it down quickly. But when you go back when they are alone, they will listen to you. Some will even tell you what they really need. It is not that they don’t use loans. They do. They just don’t want people to know for bragging right. Most of them belong to clubs, village town hall meeting and other associations so they want to protect their ego. There is this mindset that once people hear you took a loan, it reduces your respect. Like you are not strong enough to run your business on your own or you're struggling. So they hide it. That's the bad stereotype we place on loans and it is not good, people need to be educated on how to leverage loans to build their business. There should be no shame in using loan to run your business. Loan is a tool and If you use it well, it helps you buy more, sell more, and grow faster. There is nothing to hide. In fact, if you can take a loan, use it well, and pay back, it says a lot about your business growth and personality.

@Nwagwukasarachi @DavidAbu_ Every woman has a deadline in her mind for a struggling partner. If that deadline elapses without any concrete improvement, she'll start frustrating the man. Hope deferred makes the heart sick. Men left wives and started looking for prayer warriors and religious actors.

Many men are poor because they stupidly believe or pander to whatever their wives say. They have broken many life-changing relationships because of their wives' sneaky complaints. As a professional, a leader, and a pastor, I can boldly say that if you don’t know how to manage your wife, you will not rise beyond certain levels in life. Women are not bad, but they have bad and immature husbands as their managers 📌

“Availability of close substitutes” also shows up in relationships. When everything feels replaceable, commitment becomes shaky. Too many options. Too many comparisons. People start treating people like apps… swipe, replace, move on. But real connection doesn’t work like that. What keeps relationships strong is not the absence of options… it’s the presence of value. Respect Trust Consistency Think of it like this… You don’t leave a home that feels like peace just because there are other houses outside. When you build something real, you don’t become “one of many”… you become hard to replace.
Sunny Elem@ElemSunny

Ever heard of “availability of close substitutes”? It's an economics term. Simple meaning: If people can easily find something like yours… they’ll switch. Same product. Same price. Same vibe. You become replaceable. That’s why some businesses struggle even with good products. Too many options = low loyalty. What to do? Be known for something specific Add service people can’t copy easily Build relationships, not just transactions Think of it like this… If five shops sell the same thing, people price-shop. If one shop feels different, people stay. In a crowded market, being good is not enough. You have to be hard to replace.

I hope you give yourself permission to celebrate how far you've come. Every step you've taken, every obstacle you've overcome, every time you chose to keep going. It all matters. You're building something beautiful, and even if it doesn't look finished yet, it's already more impressive than you realize. Be proud of yourself.

Every message, every prayer, every kind word… we see it, we feel it, and we appreciate you so much … We’ve been celebrated everywhere , but more importantly, we’ve been surrounded by so much genuine love and prayers. Thank you all for celebrating the arrival of our boys with us. We’re truly grateful, our heart is full🥹
