MR CLEAN NO-IV published in @nejm. Strategy of skipping thrombolytic was neither superior or non-inferior. Pending other trials, clinicians should still give thrombolytic to pts who qualify for rx. Subgroup analysis from these trials will also be useful. nejm.org/doi/full/10.10…

@AmreNouh It seems even prolong the external monitoring, the detection rate of AFib is lower as compared to implanted monitor?
