@HonitelHQ "I have nothing to hide" energy Until someone's got your birthdate, workplace, and daily gym routine Now they don't need to hack you They know where to find you They know what you do and when That's not paranoia. That's how crimes start.

• Somebody will come online and randomly ask you to drop your date of birth, and you will rush to share it. • Two days later, another person will tweet that you should comment your state of origin, and you will rush to do so. • Four days later, they will ask on the TL which university you attended, and you will quickly respond. • A week later, they will ask where your gym is, and you will share it. • Two weeks later, they will ask for your place of work, and you will comment. • Three weeks later, they will ask you to name the closest supermarket to your residential area, and you will respond. Some of you are not security-conscious at all. You freely give out sensitive information to strangers because you do not understand social engineering. If you like, don’t use your head.

In our culture we have relatives that visit for 3 months. Like someone just comes to your home and lives with you for all that time. This one time we were having our breakfast, I remember my Grandpa asking me to pack his suitcase that he was going to Kla for some time! The visitor then also started packing and asked if Grandpa can drop them at the taxi stage. They both loaded their luggage in the car and left home. Grandpa returned back home in 15 min. Anyway I don’t know if I answered ya question but that’s the story for today!

While Uganda’s Constitution (National Objectives) oblige government to “aim to ensure regional equity in the composition of the state”; and while Baganda constitute by far the biggest population in ethnic proportions in Uganda, they appear NO WHERE in all these TOP POSITIONS IN GOVERNMENT! What does this reflect? —————————— - President - Vice President - Prime Minister - First Deputy Prime Minister - Second Deputy Prime Minister - Speaker of Parliament - Deputy Speaker of Parliament - Chief Justice - Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) - Deputy CDF - Inspector General of Police (IGP) - Deputy IGP - Commissioner General of Prisons - Deputy Commissioner of Prisons - Chairperson of Electoral Commission - Governor, Bank of Uganda - Deputy Governor, Bank of Uganda

Today, our First Aid team participated in a water and swimming gala at Greenhill Academy, where they conducted an exhibition and simulation exercise. The activity highlighted essential water safety skills, rescue techniques, and emergency response procedures, helping to promote awareness and preparedness among participants. The learners were especially excited to take part in the hands-on first aid activities, which gave them a practical understanding of how to respond in emergency situations. #FirstAid #SavingLives @Educ_SportsUg @GovUganda

Ever wondered why some of us with small accounts get more engagement than big accounts with 20k+ followers? here is why it happens a. taking a break, going silent & not posting b. not engaging before posting, missing out on active interactions c. lack of consistency, irregular posting reduces visibility If u find this helpful, kindly repost

Hello @PoliceUg and @mkituuma. What kind of offense do I commit by recording such a video in my own country?. If there’s no any law broken I would like to cooperate with you and hunt down fellow civilians that coordinate with police officers who operate from that area of footbridge to create discomfort with in Ugandans. This came to my attention when I was brutalized by one officer and two gentlemen(I still recall their faces) just because I recorded that video from up there! Upon bringing me down, they intimidated me that am a terrorist. They immediately took me to a police officer whom I think he heads this gang. The police officer immediately said I should give out 100k if not I will be taken to police post and be charged with terrorism. He later said if I can’t get 100k I should get 60k and leave before other officers arrive! After heated arguments, the two gentlemen and an officer ended up saying i should give out 30k. NOW: my question is; why would a police officer negotiate with a terrorist If I was truly one like they claimed?! 🥹 That’s total insecurity if I can say. A lot of Ugandans are slightly suffering in that place day and night! Please do the needful and end this brutality That incidence happened between 1700hrs and 1719hrs. Check in the CCTV cameras and look at the gentleman who was putting on a white kanzu and black jacket(that was me) I can recall another officer with a name tag Busingye though he was not part of the gang but he can lead us to them. Thanks for your attention

The truth behind unfollowing after u following back many of u wonder why someone follows u, then unfollows later, reason is, u didn’t meet their expectations in ur content well, i might follow u, but if ur posts are full of extreme political praise( like over praising M7), constant insults( abusing Bobiwine or speaker) or using vulgar language, i will quietly unfollow not coz i hate u but coz your content no longer aligns with wat I wat to see be careful with wat u post in the name of chasing likes, in the end u might gain attention but lose real followers
