It was an honour to attend the Ceremony of decoration of the Grand Cross of the Sovereign Order of Malta presented to H.E. Ambassador Marie-Thérèse Pictet-Althann by H.E. the Lieutenant of the Grand Master, Fra’ John Dunlap, at the Magistral Palace in Rome last week.
