Steam and Epic have it so you pay $100 per game when publishing, but for Steam, the $100 gets refunded once your game makes over $1,000 in sales. For the longest time, Publishing on Roblox has always been free, and there is a lot of spam games, reuploads, condos, illegal content, etc. This will slow down bad actors, since they have to either pay Roblox, or verify with their ID, which if the main account that has it is banned, they will also get banned.
