The Stability Pool is now actively converting hyUSD into xSOL to protect the hyUSD peg and restore the protocol's collateral ratio above 130%. This process may introduce temporary volatility to sHYUSD.
This marks the third Stability Pool activation, with both previous instances generating profit for sHYUSD holders.

Used the transition to run spread arbitrage between shyUSD and USDC. This only works because the protocol is fully decentralized - anyone can mint and burn, without permissions. That’s where real execution edges come from.
