@Luke_Jets7 The game tying Geno TD to Kerley being wiped out because the OC has a timeout improperly granted.. One of those moments that only happens to the Jets.

The last time Geno was the QB here, we also played the Packers in Week 2. Still remember watching the game at work. When Decker caught the deep TD, I thought we were legit

@JCaporoso If this does happen and the Jets win 12 games and make the AFC title game, and then the Colts pick lands in the top 5. Do you still take your QB of the future, or take Jeremiah Smith and go all in for a SB in 2027?

🚨 Under Gov. Whitmer, all Michigan students now receive free breakfast and lunch at school. This saves working families nearly $1,000 a year on average.

They were scared of Mamdani winning because now every city in every state across the whole country wants a Mamdani of their very own.

Brilliant idea for the next Instagram update. Stop having videos automatically start playing with sound.

@neeratanden Almost like DSA cares more about policy positions and priorities than empty identity politics. You and the DNC could learn a thing or two from DSA.

@TrustTheADP @JCaporoso Go look at the last 15 years of Super Bowl winners. How many of them won by tanking for a QB? And how many of them won by showing steady, consistent improvement?

@TrustTheADP @JCaporoso If the Jets win 3 or 4 games again it means they have a lot more holes than they can possibly fill with a couple extra 1sts. I’d rather find out our GM and HC knew what they were doing with the dozen key additions they just made in FA and the draft.

I know it is May when we are worried about the #Jets being too good (which feels like me worrying if my 7 year old is going to the NBA and will make too much money) More seriously - I do think there is a world they are like 7-10 or 8-9 and that is why you have 3 first rounders and your second, to be aggressive in trading up if needed
Jimmy Crothers@JCrothers4

@JCaporoso Are you worried jets will be too good and miss out on next years QBs?

To follow up on this as I have got some push back, another fully bombed season (comparable to last year) is more problematic than showing meaningful improvement because if they are 3-14 again, it doesn't just mean AG is a bad coach, it also likely means all the young talent we are excited about is not be as good as we expect, it also puts the GM on shaky ground and when a new regime comes in, whether that is half measure or full measure...they bring in their own guys and are probably cycling out the higher picks from 2025 and 2026. If they are improve and win 6-8 games, it is on the front office/staff to mobilize their three first round picks and second round pick to obtain a QB if they aren't picking top 5 or so...that is part of the job and it is doable. Ironically, they pulled this off in 2018 to move up for Darnold (while likely thinking at the time of the trade they'd be getting Baker or Rosen) and in hindsight, that was a good enough QB to win with, they just put him with Adam F'n Gase. There is also a rot and a mope that comes with starting another season 0-7 or 1-8 and losing weekly by 20+ points that is going to negatively impact player development.
Joe Caporoso@JCaporoso

I think continuing to fully bomb seasons is ultimately worse for the full roster and organization
