@markdavaus It is depressing constantly reading terms like elementary school, freshman, trash can, etc. in the subtitles of every anime release. Somehow even Japanese media is Americanising my vocabulary now.

The death of Madman's anime side also brought to an end local subtitles. Since then we've been offered only American subtitles. Crunchyroll's Australian arm might as well not exist for what little they actually do.

Read the Needy Girl Overdose manga adaptation. Decent for what it is but unfortunately it's on indefinite hiatus and hasn't really gotten truly going yet. Art was good though and the new character Noa was so far set up well. P was also better written I thought.

@daveleedwnundr There are still some really interesting independents who sell it. Lots of record stores that also have CDs available. I believe you are in Melbourne? Try Play Music & DVDs, Spring street end of Bourke Street (all media you listed) , Captain Stomp in Ferntree Gully for records/CDs

@LoremIpsumVerb The YouTube Crunchyroll subscription has been broken in many ways since they introduced it. I did the one week trial at one point and every other shows was missing subtitles, out of order, desynced, etc. Also the regional licensing for some shows it wrong too.

Remember Crunchyroll's official YouTube subscription service listing Season 4 as Season 5? They still haven't fixed it. In fact, things have gotten even worse. When you click Re: Zero Season 2, you get a singular episode of Re: Zero Petit as your only option. When you click Re: Zero Season 3, the episodes are completely out of order, and interleaved with Season 2 randomly, making you watch the two seasons out of order. There also appear to be episodes just plain missing from Season 2. What. The. Fuck. IS THIS CRAP.

I am 99% sure this “delay” is deliberate. The movie Tears of Azure Sea releases on May 1st. The episode delay was to not clash a new episode with a new movie Call me conspiracy theorist

@G0ffThew Definitely the least enjoyable of the ecchi series this season for me. Not one interesting or entertaining gag the entire episode. Ecchi enjoyers have shows like Kanan, Marika, Ooki Onna, Ingoku Danchi, Ichijouma and the GOAT Kanokari all of which are better in their own way.
