Year 6 enjoyed SATs graffiti today, sharing their knowledge and reminding themselves just how much they have learned. We couldn’t be prouder of their effort and positive attitude! ✍️✨

Year 6 had a blast learning about volcanoes - exploring their features, how they erupt, and why! They even made their own volcanic eruption with baking powder and vinegar! 🌋

Today in science, we labelled and arranged the organs of the digestive system on a diagram and got hands-on with the 'Tights Digestive Experiment' to see how food moves through the body!🍏 @RodbourneCheney

Year 6 have loved celebrating Easter with crafts, treats, and a fabulous bonnet parade - have a lovely time off! 🐣🌸

For Science Week, the Wonderdome visited school! Year 6 explored space and the possibility of life on other planets. 🌌🚀

For World Book Day, Year 6 explored objects collected from books they’ve read in Years 5 & 6. These clues sparked their imagination and helped them create their own exciting adventure stories! 📚✍️

Year 6 marked Safer Internet Day with a visit from Wiltshire Police, who spoke about staying safe online 💻🔒 The children also took part in a thoughtful debate on the question, “Should we trust smart technology and AI to make decisions for us?” 💬

This week, Year 6 explored volume using multilink cubes to build a strong foundation for their learning, bringing maths to life through hands-on resources. Brilliant work! 👏 @RodbourneCheney
