According to her, the condition brought noticeable physical changes, including weight gain and increased upper-body features, making her the target of cruel comments from people around her. “I just got married to my husband in June. Three months into the marriage, I didn’t see my period. Then I went to the hospital, they told me I had PCOS,” she recalled. She said the hurtful remarks about her appearance were difficult to bear, with some people claiming she looked much older than her husband. “I started having upper body structure. Then I started adding weight. When my husband and I stand, I looked way older. I was told I am the man of the house, that I b+at my husband,” she said.
