Once again, the US proves why it is greatest country! Someone bought a small business for $48,000 on a platform called SMB Market, and now it is worth over half a billion dollars. I had no idea there was an entire marketplace just for buying and selling businesses exits.

@a_odunsii @aso_rocc @Ssaasquatch @BizBuySell @n2sbizbrokers Curious when you say small businesses, what’s the range in terms of acquisition cost? Yeah the outstanding 50% would be tough and I’m guessing the new owner would not want to use it as collateral. There has to be a way to bridge this gap.

@aso_rocc @Yemi_S @Ssaasquatch @BizBuySell @n2sbizbrokers If I'm being honest, not 100% ready due to lack of credit to help fund transactions, in the US there's something called an SBA loan, you can take the loan to fund 20-50% of your acquisition cost.
So imagine BOI funding 50% of your acquisition cost of 500m at a 10% rate
