Life has thrown hundreds of issues at me this past year. Mental health was at the lowest of lows. Bad relationships, losing friends and those close to me. But I am here and well, the grind has never stopped. In better shape then ever, might be time for that content grind again.

Started my gym membership today and went for my first gym session in over 4 in a half years! I’m currently 203.81 that’s mainly fat. My goal is to get to 195 or 200 for muscle strength! @Yertsys and @MfitHQ I look forward to impressing yall by December 2024!
