@AvonandsomerRob I feel like accounts like this may be shills removing their masks because they have built up followings of people who trust them. Nice to see people aren’t falling for it

Can we all give Andy Burnham a tiny bit of credit for mothballing Starmer's Police-State, Digital ID scheme? Because whatever your party, I think he deserves a pat on the back for that..

Summerville reminds me of Duran, and he’s no we’re near 50m player. Bookmark, in two to three years, he’ll be back in Europe, by then I hope it’s not too late for his career. Now I understand why Man Utd didn’t make any move, bcuz I’ll be ready mad if we’re the ones paying 80m.

Manchester United’s Lamine Yamal. He should be Michael Carrick’s project this season. He’s got everything it takes to start for the first team.

@JamieFinance25 @ItsJamesHall They will funnel every service through OneLogin and have already started, unless they announce getting rid of OneLogin and stop its usage and expansion, then any idea of digital being scrapped is just a fools comfort while they backdoor it.

@JamieFinance25 @ItsJamesHall That’s the problem, the news, they lie. OneLogin is the digital framework already in place via gov.uk, as long as that system is in place, digital ID is in place, the news are leaving out detail and selling you a headline to offer comfort.

@ItsJamesHall I'm happy he's scrapping the digital id. He claims the saving of that is going to fund tax cuts on household bills. However, was there ever any money set aside for digital id?

@ToryFibs Am I being stupid here, digital ID’s are not here, how can you spend £800m a year using money from something that doesn’t exist? Is this why Burnham refused to answer questions about fiscal rules and stated that he knows what they are but won’t explain them?

Andy Burnham has just abolished VAT on your energy bills. You will no longer face a VAT tax just to keep warm. This costs £800 million every year but will be paid for by scrapping Digital IDs. Digital IDs were an authoritarian invasion into your personal freedom.

@MacrobeatL @JamesMelville Why is nobody mentioning that digital ID infrastructure is already in place? It’s well and truly funded, it’s just called OneLogin. The scrap talk is a lie

@JamesMelville But what you forget James, is that the digital ID cards were not funded either. So still has to be really funded from somewhere. Hence why the bond market is not rallying at all with the New Chancellor not being Miliband or Mahmood

First policy announcement from Andy Burnham: Removing VAT from electricity bills from October 1, funded by cancelling mandatory government Digital ID (£1.8bn). A bit better than Starmer’s first flagship policy of scrapping the winter fuel allowance for pensioners.

@Resist_CBDC He's just going to rename it They thought we'd all happily swallow a cock while calling it a cock They're just going to start calling it cake and keep on ramming it in. The media will help them disguise the lie because they can't compete with the freedom of the internet.

Good news that VAT will be cut on electricity bills. It’s a simple way for families to save a few quid, and to mechanically help to keep inflation that little bit lower. But the DigitalID program was unfunded. The government will have to set out how it will pay for its new policies at the budget.
John Healey@JohnHealey_MP

Today’s energy tax cut will give families some breathing room on bills, and provide some reassurance this winter. This will be funded from the cancelled Digital ID scheme this year, helping to bring down inflation while supporting households in every postcode.

@UTDNoush This is what Amorim meant when he said, on the pitch im failing but off the pitch hes not failing, then he got sacked. Now Carrick, success on pitch, now failing off the pitch and now has underwhelming tools to succeed

If you look at United’s window on paper, it doesn’t look intentional. It looks like we’re signing whoever happens to be available. Karl Darlow. Andrey Santos. Youri Tielemans. Tynan Thompson. Individually? Good players. Collectively? It looks like the recruitment of a club just trying to survive, not one trying to reclaim its place at the top. What we’re still missing is that marquee signing. The player who walks through the door and changes the atmosphere overnight. The one who makes rival fans stop and say, “Yeah… United got him.” That fear factor. That aura. That statement. The players we’ve signed so far represent calculated risk with a touch of chaos. Maybe they’ll all work. Maybe they’ll exceed expectations. But this squad still feels incomplete. And to make matters worse, we’re already dealing with an injury crisis before the season has properly begun. • Lisandro Martínez • Manuel Ugarte • Matthijs de Ligt If United are serious about competing, this cannot be the end of the business. We need more players. We need more quality. And above all, we need one signing that tells the rest of Europe Manchester United are done shopping in the bargain aisle.

Rashford will only listen to offers from top European clubs apparently .. he really still doesn’t get it. He still refuses to face reality and realize that he’s not that caliber of player. How sad when you don’t have anyone in your entourage telling you the truth.

Marcus Rashford coming back? Fine. But one condition... He returns as a SQUAD PLAYER, not an automatic starter. No getting his No.10 shirt back either. Give him No.14 and let him earn everything again. If there's one manager who won't play favourites, it's Michael Carrick. Rashford is still better than Zirkzee in my opinion, but those big missed chances we've seen recently cannot continue at Manchester United. Earn your place, earn your number, then prove everyone wrong. #MUFC
