Disappointing news out of Connecticut. Families face new government barriers simply for choosing the education that works for their children. Parents are the primary decision-makers in a child’s education. Government’s job is to serve families, not force them to prove their innocence before they can teach their own kids. This is backwards. And it’s wrong.
