@GeorgiaPower Hi! I’ve been a customer for 20 years. I have never changed my plan. For some reason my bill went up by 250% for 3 months. I have called CS 6 times and no one is able to assist me. I need higher level support to help. Can someone pls DM so solve this issue. Thanks!

@TEAMEVGA Frustrated consumer. Spoke to CS about the Step up program. After waiting 6 mths for a new card I'm told to send back my card to Nvidia before I get my new one. I work and need the card. Nvidia is not willing to help and CS rep told me to post the T&C's here. Shocked!☹️

@EyeBuyDirect I order glasses 20 days ago and they are in the almost done phase for 18 days. I have called 3 times and still no glasses. Not sure if I will ever get them?

@bumble I inadvertently clicked on bumble coins and it charged me $35 without asking for my confirmation. I immediately contacted customer service. A WEEK later they told me too bad... I would consider your choice in apps when this is called customer service!

@BumbleSupport a min after I inadvertently clicked near the coins part of the app it charged me the $34 without giving me the option to confirm the purchase, which I would have declined. I immediately reached out to bumble support to document this (can check the time stamp in the app) then a
