@vp_a @British_Airways How about doing what emirates do giving clear dates like 4 days ahead so passengers can make alternative arrangements to go elsewhere. The date we fly emirates has already said it's not operating and surely they'll be th first airline operational when they can

@YessMarvell @British_Airways So then what are you complaining about? There is a war around there with missiles flying around anytime. It is not forbidden to go there. Airlines have no control. On the airspace, but on the safety of their passengers. So yes a decision can be made last minute. Use common sense

@SimonWi45045234 @British_Airways I have 2 flights to Dubai both on separate bookings, because my return is separate I have to wait till close to that time to know if I can get a refund only if they cancel the flight even though there cancelling my flight to get to the destination and they just say it's policy

@British_Airways I had a holiday booked in Jordan travelling on the 14/03 which has been cancelled due to FCDO advice. Tour operator is giving me a full cash refund. BA will not, how is this right. I have to wait till the flight is cancelled before BA will refund. Even then I expect to argue…
