@MarcelianFlame After they gutted devastation's defensives into near obscurity, yes, I die very often to damage now because I went from 4 defensives to two and the supposed third is attached to my dps rotation, and if the healer doesn't understand stretch time, I still die.

Has this been people's experience on survivability as well?

@Sylvariae Savage and ultimate raiding in ff is pretty cut and dry, just you and the raid. Tried mythic raiding but wasn't really a fan of spending a bunch of my time every week outside of raid for a chance at gear or pity coins. Now I just do heroic at most and casual besides.

@thalassianbunny The several points of excitement from recent fanfest and the recent controversy of wow's latest patch really serves to remind us all why it was FF14 everyone fled to when everyone quit in shlands. I understand the preferences, but blizzard has truly ruined player good faith

FFXIV continues to push out new and updated customization options like a color picker while WoW refuses to give us the bare minimum. Why did we have to beg for blue eyes for Velf DH, and why are we still begging for equal customization quality on long standing races vs allied?!

@DiscussingFilm @Jorraptor There are things I like about both, the mood and lighting of the original is infinitely superior in this scene though. Admittedly also, kenway looks rough in both of them, from a sweaty skyrim nord to a ken doll from GTA 5 lol But I'll wait and see the end product.

@Lumidoom Tipping feels more for public orders, personal ones I always thought was paying for a service which makes sense. After leveling and grinding the knowledge, their main source to make back any gold comes from that right? (I say as an alchemist/herbalist main)

Seeing people complain about a 5k crafting tip on items requiring a limited resource like Concentration when world quests now give over 1k gold is wiiiiiiiiiiild.

@mountainkinggav It's not just the horde, the plot is written in a way like if only anyone involved in light and void have stake in the world ending, and elves when arator wanted to request assistance. The king of stormwind and turalyon both are here and not a single alliance fleet in sight

I don't think the "Horde absence" discourse would be anywhere near this loud if there was at least the smallest fighting force of other Horde troops defending one of their major cities. I understand we want to focus on the elves, but 1 orc squadron would go a long way JS

@IamfootbaIl @tettles I love wow but it is the only mmo I've played that has fostered a toxic relationship with its players through rng gearing to this degree and has the detriment of people like you who go out of their way to valiantly defend it when someone becomes disillusioned with this system

@FelrynX Insane that stretch time is on there so people can think devoker is popping a mit mindlessly when no damage is outgoing. That's attached to a core dps ability on SC, we don't have a real choice to use that defensively, it's just so deep breath isn't as chaotically dangerous.

@lofibanshee It depends on the spec as well, some just face tanked it all and got away with the easiest hall of fame, and others like devoker and I believe rogue just had a horrible time kiting something with no solution than to just not get hit.

People keep talking about the solutions to this and how it favors those that have the time on their hands as if that’s not true for any other achievement like this. My qualms are more that someone that’s ilvl 237 shouldn’t have been able to do this. There’s only been 4 nemesis bosses but this was the easiest of them all by far. There were no puzzles to solve really. Valeera covered kicks or dispel depending on role, you just had to cover the other and the dispel really didn’t matter. I still support the notion that it should run until the next daily reset, but these types of achievements ALWAYS will favor those that have access to the game around the clock.

Azem's crystal went from being a neat plot element in SHB to being the worst plot device I've ever seen in my life. It simultaneously dropped the stakes of EW's third trial boss and granted infinite plot armor to the scions, and this will carry into future expacs forever.

Dream's face reveal had "he's ugly" trending immediately after he posted, but this 16 bit fictional lizardman jacked up fanart like never before the last couple days. What we learned is the cartoon lizardman is hotter than dream by mile.
