If you are born in the trenches like some of us and you want to break out . You cannot afford to be mediocre You must be laser and hyper focus, You need serious clarity! what kind of success do you need ? Define it, Write it down today Everyone who knows me at Ijegun will tell you "Adija Oni marry si Ijegun, koni bimo sibi" I always say I will never be a victim of teenage pregnancy, it was very rampant around Me. Book was my shield Be prepared to work harder, yes Harder than an average person. Hard work is the currency you pay the rich and elites to join them You will read and wider than the Rich, Be aware that an average rich person is an avid reader BUT you must be prepared to do more so that when your opportunity comes you will be able to NEGOTIATE at their level , Trust me on this, If you can communicate with them , you can mix to a certain extent in their group Find a Mentor in your niche and discipline, listen to Instructions, follow the guidelines and Templates giving to you and be ready to do way more than your mentor, Yes DO IT , and be ready to serve . Serve BE BOLD AnD Audacious , Knowledge will give you the advantage Be Extremely prayerful, Ask for favour , Grace, God's help, Ask that your efforts shall be blessed but Remember that Prayer without commensurate work is nothing May our efforts be blessed , I stop for now

A red flag about me 🚩🥺 l overthink everything and I mean everything. I'll replay a conversation we had three days ago and suddenly find a thousand reasons to believe you're mad at me. I'll read your one word reply and spend hours trying to figure out what i did wrong. I'll notice you're a little quieter than usual and my brain will already be preparing for you to leave. I don't assume the best. I assume the worst, every single time. Not because I want to but because somewhere along the way my brain decided that if I prepare for the worst, it won't hurt as much when it happens. And the people closest to me feel it the most. I'll overanalyze everything they do. The way they worded something. The tone they used. Whether they meant what they said or if there's something underneath it. I'm not trying to be exhausting. I'm just someone who cares too much and has a brain that never lets me rest about it 😩🥺.

First Pharm Chem lab and they hit us with “Uniformity of Weight” 😭💊 Things you should know before entering that lab: • Tablets are weighed INDIVIDUALLY, not together 😭 • Precision is everything even small errors matter • The balance machine can expose your lack of concentration instantly 💀 • Uniformity of weight ensures patients receive the correct dose in every tablet Now the scary part, THE RULES 👀 According to pharm standards: • Weigh 20 tablets individually • Calculate the average weight • Not more than 2 tablets should deviate from the allowed percentage limit • And NO tablet should deviate by more than twice the percentage limit Imagine one tablet carrying overdose while another carries vibes 😭 Pharmacy really said “people’s lives are involved.” 🧪📚

As a medical student, please don’t sleep on audiobooks. Yes, I know you’ll be wondering: “What audiobooks?” “Are there even medical audiobooks for our lectures?” Listen carefully. Today, with AI, you can literally create explanatory audio lectures from your slides and textbooks. Not text-to-speech nonsense that just reads words mechanically. I mean actual audio explanations. AI can explain your lectures to you like a teacher. And many medical students are sleeping on this. One thing many people don’t understand is that some students do not really have a problem understanding what they read. Their problem is positioning. Sitting down. Holding the book. Eye strain. Back pain. Mental fatigue. The stress of staring at pages for hours. That physical resistance is what destroys consistency for many students. But audio changes things. If your lectures are converted into explanatory audios, you can learn while doing almost anything. You can: • Learn while washing clothes • Learn while walking home • Learn while cooking • Learn while arranging your room • Learn while commuting • Learn while resting You carry your lecture in your ear. And because audio is easier to repeat, repetition becomes effortless. That is one of the biggest hacks in modern studying. So how do you create these audio lectures? Very simple. Let’s say you want to learn enzymes in biochemistry. Step 1: Get your material. Your lecturer’s slide. Or your textbook chapter. Step 2: Upload it to an AI like ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Claude, etc. Then use a proper prompt. Something like this: “Act as a high-level teacher teaching a student who has no direct access to this material. This is a teaching session, not a summarization session. Teach every section and every concept thoroughly and in detail. Do not summarize. Explain like a real lesson. You are allowed to teach for as long as necessary for complete understanding.” If you’re using a textbook, specify the chapter. For example: “Restrict yourself to Chapter 15 only.” Because AI can read thousands of pages instantly, and you need it focused. Step 3: The AI will now generate a detailed explanation of the chapter. Cross-check it with your textbook sections to ensure nothing important was skipped. Step 4: Copy the explanation. Then move to a text-to-speech app. Some good free options: • Speechify • NaturalReader • ElevenLabs free version • TTSMaker • Voice Aloud Reader Paste the explanation there. Generate the audio. Download it. Boom. You now have your own custom audiobook. But there’s an even better option. NotebookLM. NotebookLM removes almost the entire stress. Instead of moving from ChatGPT → text-to-speech app → audio generation… NotebookLM does everything almost inside one place. You upload your slides or textbook chapters into the source section. Then go to the Studio tab. Open Audio Overview. Write your prompt properly. Tell it: • the style you want • the chapter you want • the level of explanation you want • whether you want podcast-style discussion or direct teaching Then generate. It creates an actual podcast-style discussion explaining your material. Not just reading it. Explaining it. And the beautiful thing is this: AI-generated audio lessons are highly repeatable. That is the real power. You can replay them over and over without mental exhaustion. And because repetition is easier with audio, retention improves massively. Another advantage: You can combine related topics into one long audio lecture. Imagine combining: • Glycolysis • TCA cycle • Electron transport chain …into one connected explanatory audio. That is accelerated learning. And AI explains with: • stories • examples • analogies • conversational teaching styles Some even simulate debates and discussions. Medical students seriously need to stop sleeping on this. Study has changed. The people adapting fastest are going to dominate.
