@usbank I’ve already done that. I was told that the person at the bank branch lied to me 2 years ago and that I should always have been charged fees. Conviently, the person n the phone was able to further delay them for 6 months, which must be how the dishonest branch rep got around it.

Is @usbank allowed to just change your account type and charging previously undisclosed fees? Asking for all customers with 15+ years old accounts who get treated like garbage by customer service.
