@Yoco_ZA This is the email that they sent me, and I have replied to it immediately, but does this look like a solution email? Please let them refund the person and reply to the email he sent. His bank can't do the chargeback; they need to do it on their side.

@Yoco_ZA Stop passing the buck. My customer has provided official bank proof and reference numbers confirming the R10,000 is with YOU. You claim the refund was "unsuccessful," yet the money isn't in my portal or with the client. This is professional negligence and it's damaging
