הדיבור הפנימי בחברה החרדית הולך ומקצין: אם עד היום אנחנו לא יכולנו לצאת מהבית מחשש למעצר – עכשיו אתם תחששו להיכנס לריכוזים חרדיים. זה לא דיבור של תורה. זה דיבור של אובדן שליטה. האירועים ב־בני ברק הם סיפור מסוכן. לא רק בגלל האלימות, אלא בגלל הרעיון שמאחוריה: יצירת משוואה של פחד הדדי בין אזרחים במדינה יהודית. העסקנים החרדים גוררים אותנו לשם. במקום אחריות – הסתה. במקום פתרונות – כאוס. במקום הסדרה חוקית ללומדי תורה – השארת צעירים עם עננה פלילית מעל הראש, ואז התפלאות כשהרחוב בוער. כל עוד במדינה יהודית אין הסדר חוקי ברור ומכבד ללומדי תורה, וכל עוד עצם הלימוד הופך לחשד פלילי – זה כבר מזמן לא ויכוח על הנחה בארנונה או סבסוד מעונות. זה משבר עומק. ואת האלימות הזו – חייבים לגנות מכל וכול. בלי כוכביות. בלי אבל. ״אלמלא מוראה של מלכות – איש את רעהו חיים בלעו״. ומי שמערער על מורא החוק בשם “קנאות”, מערער קודם כול על עצם הקיום שלנו כחברה. זה לא מאבק על היהדות. זה מאבק על האחריות. ועל זה – אסור לנו לשתו

דיברתי היום עם כמה אנשים על פרשת פלדשטיין ולתדהמתי גיליתי שהדיון היה בעיקר האם זה פלילי מה שהוא עשה. וזאת בדיוק ההשחתה שקרתה בשנים האחרונות בישראל - הכל נמדד בסולם של פלילי או לא. אבל מדינה שרוצה מערכות מתפקדות, הוגנות ומקצועיות, לא יכולה להסתפק ברף פלילי, הרף החשוב הוא הנורמטיבי. בתחקיר של גרינצייג, עזבו אתכם מכל המלל, והאם אתם אוהבים את העיתונאי או לא, תקראו רק את הודעות הטקסט ותגיעו למסקנה מאוד פשוטה - בלשכת ראש הממשלה עבד גורם בכיר עם מדינת אויב בעת שחיילי צה״ל מקריבים את חייהם במלחמה רב חזיתית. עד כמה הנורמה חרגה מעבר לפלדשטיין? מי ידע מה? מה ידע ראש הממשלה? כל אלו שאלות טובות שחייבות להיחקר. אבל הנורמה של העסקה עקומה, כניסה לפורומים ביטחוניים ללא סיווג, תדרוך דה פקטו של עיתונאים בשם מדינת אויב, גיבוי האיש אחרי שנעצר ואז התנערות ממנו, היא פשיטת רגל מוסרית שחייבת להיעקר מהשורש. מי שרוצה להפסיק לפרק פה ולהתחיל לתקן חייב להסתכל לאמת בעיניים - בלי פוזיציות.
