Pretty interesting to look at the differences for Naoto Ohshima's first Sonic reference sheet from Sonic 1 and his later one.
Differences like his tweaked design having smaller pupils, eyeshine, more use of brows, noodlier limbs, his quills changing shapes for expressions, etc.

Personally, the reason why I prefer Zack Snyder's take on DC to James Gunn is because, personally, I like how Zack treated these characters like modern mythology, mirroring a lot of Greek Mythology stories in his movies. Its not anything against Gunn, its just Snyder's DC was more my taste in that manner

- The actual reason it's called Z is because Toriyama thought Z was the last letter of the alphabet, so nothing more would come out after it. - When DB ended, the manga industry crashed down. According to him, GT was made because otherwise half the industry would lose their jobs.

@thatdudethere0 @grifin_station I mean, sure, Daima is essentially GT but "canon" (Toriyama worked on it, but it's another timeline), but I mean, a GT rewrite set 5 years after the 10 year Tournament from EOZ, with Pan as a competent co-protag

@PlaidFan @grifin_station I'm one of those. Rewatching clips made me say "oh dear". And it's shame. GT is the meme of "potential man". Don't get me wrong, I don't hate GT at all, but I'm not blind of its faults and missed opportunities

@YoshiDraco @grifin_station I get the feeling that people who like GT, like the "idea" of it, more than the actual anime series itself. SSJ4, Omega Shenron, the nostalgic "90's" aesthetic.
