@CRM_Productions Do you know if anyone has ever made an action figure of Dr. Thomas Leighton from the TOS episode "The Conscience of the King" ? I'm friends with Bill Sargent who played the character and I imagine he would be very amused to see himself in plastic.

Phase II Enterprise model was completed before the switch to TMP

The K-arches are emblematic of TNG (and TMP). However they extended beyond the ceiling - and can only be seen when panels are missing.

At this exact minute, 54 years ago today, I was being ushered over to Stage 9 at Paramount for an on-set visit to #StarTrek, the original series. My +1 was @MarcZicree and the episode being filmed was the series finale, "Turnabout Intruder."

RIP #MaggieThrett I interviewed Maggie for my @bearmanormedia book Talking Sixties Drive-In Movies and she was a hoot. We talked #ThreeInTheAttic, her @StarTrek "Mudd's Women"; and what a creep #RobertConrad was to her on #TheWildWildWest. Maggie was also a talented vocalist.

We are sad to hear that actress and singer Maggie Thrett has died. Maggie played Ruth Bonaventure in the #StarTrek original series episode "Mudd's Women." Our deepest condolences to her friends and family.

Maggie Thrett (born Diane Pine) 1946-2022. Maggie died this week at a hospital in Long Island. She was an iconic actress on #StarTrek and was very welcoming of the many fans who in recent years rediscovered both her acting and singing careers.
