Only the US considers itself a superpower. We lost to Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, and now Iran too. We have a huge GDP but the massive income inequality negates any positive effects of that for the average citizen. Our population consists of tens of millions of immigrants from the third world. The average American household has only $8k combined in checking and savings, terrible healthcare, dilapidated housing, and is buried in debt. The country’s infrastructure is a joke compared to the rest of the developed world, our cities are filthy and disgusting. The list literally just goes on and on endlessly. It has become a shit country by virtually every measure.

Are we witnessing the end of the U.S. as the world’s 'superpower'?
