@YouGotHimNow @DrRussDavis @mhdksafa Then they should rise up, and take over their country, and we should not be sending our sons and daughters to die for Trump & Netanyahu. I will never think this war is ok, and Trump has already killed 165 children. Stop.

The United States has just bombed Iran power plants, leaving hospitals and homes without electricity for millions of people. Thinking about dialysis patients, babies in NICU, and others. People will die. Innocent children will die. This is a crime against humanity.

It's already illegal to vote if you're not a citizen. They're trying to convince us there are droves of people who are willing to risk deportation and the abuse that we are seeing from ICE to vote illegally. It defies credulity and it's simply not true.

At a time when the nation is at war and we face real threats to the homeland, this abuse of the FBI is as dangerous as it is unlawful. Time and again, the President and his appointees have weaponized the Department of Justice against those who dare stand up to Trump. There is not doubt Trump and Kash Patel will stop at nothing to try to tell Californians who their next governor should be. But Californians are tough and will not be intimidated. We make our own decisions, and will not be moved by the desperate actions of any king or wannabe despot.
The Washington Post@washingtonpost

Exclusive: FBI Director Kash Patel is pressing to release a decade-old investigative file involving Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-California) and a suspected Chinese intelligence operative, according to people familiar with the effort. wapo.st/3Q5ECMl

A bill passed the Senate last night 100-0 to fund TSA, the Coast Guard and FEMA. If Speaker Johnson called it for a vote it would pass easily. But he won’t do that. Because Trump has ordered him to keep TSA shut down and keep the chaos. Pure incompetence.

@SenDuckworth But the privileged party was right in not funding DHS? So, the President is looking for solutions is bad? Why can’t the Senate do their job?

Antarctica has just set a new cold record for the month of March. On Wednesday, Vostok Station fell to -76.4C (-105.5F), making for the continent's lowest March temperature ever recorded (observations dating back to 1958). Clear skies and low humidity allowed for intense radiational cooling. March is usually just the start of the winter descent, with the most extreme cold typically coming in July and August. But not this year. Antarctica has never been colder in the month of March.

Alaska remains firmly locked in winter. At Juneau, snowfall has reached 201.2 inches, a new all-time record in weather books dating back to 1943. The previous record of 197.9 inches (503 cm), set in 2006-07, has now been surpassed, with the 1964-65 benchmark of 194.3 inches (494 cm) pushed to third. The impacts are notable. Roofs collapsing under snow load. Boats sinking in the harbor. And the season isn't over yet, with weeks of potential accumulation still ahead.

Donald Trump has said precisely nothing about the flooding in Hawaii. MAGA was screeching for years about the Maui fire but they’re silent now. Shameful.

We should be thinking about universal child care the same way we think about roads and highways: as basic public infrastructure. Investing in universal child care is good for our kids’ development and good for our economy.

Democrats put 9 bills forward to fund TSA. Trump and Republicans blocked every bill because they want to tie TSA workers’ paychecks to billions in more unchecked funding for ICE. The answer is clear: fund TSA and not ICE.

Today, for the TENTH TIME, Democrats will go to the floor to demand that we pay TSA immediately. And for the TENTH TIME, Republicans will have a chance to join us. I’m not holding my breath.

But Carter did: -Give up the Panama Canal because he felt bad about American greatness -Assist Mugabe and Nkomo in killing Rhodesia in the name of race communist -Let the Weather Underground, FALN, and Black Panthers get away with domestic terror campaigns -Pardon draft dodgers -Do nothing effective to help the American embassy personnel held hostage by the Iranians for over a year Carter was a total disaster, by far one of our worst presidents by any metric. Most importantly, he was, in terms of what policies he supported, he was an outright Third Worldist who did everything imagineable to advance the tide of equity against what remained of civilization

We all saw President Trump's piles of classified documents in Mar-a-Lago ballrooms and bathrooms. But why did he take them? New documents obtained by @HouseJudiciary reveal the president may have taken the documents and sold out our national security to enrich himself—and the DOJ is working hard to block the evidence.
Arthur Delaney 🇺🇸@ArthurDelaneyHP

"America first" was bullshit. With the $200 billion Trump wants for Iran, we could: — Fund a decade of free, universal preschool — Provide seniors with Medicare dental, vision and hearing coverage for 3 years — Build 2+ million affordable homes He promised to end wars.
