@RonaldRichards Lesser included charges should be unconstitutional. Pick the charge and prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. Don’t over charge.

👨‍⚖️⚖️There is some dirty pool going on in the Daniel Penny case. He is the former marine who is accused now only of negligent homicide for choking a fellow passenger on the subway who was acting erratically. The jury was deadlocked on the more serious manslaughter charge. The judge allowed a dismissal of the charge and now the jury can decide the case on the other charges. This is an unfair maneuver. The state has tremendous advantages in a case over a defendant and as the attorney, you plan your case strategically based on the charges delivered to the jury. It makes a mockery when the state wants to change their case when they know they are losing. I have reversed many convictions when they pull this BS. One day you may be charged with an offense and we all should expect fair treatment, not a redo! #danielpenny

#BREAKING: A jury found #YoungThug co-defendants Shannon Stillwell and Deamonte Kendrick not guilty of gang and murder charges. Kendrick, aka Yak Gotti, was acquitted on all charges. Stillwell was found guilty of one charge: possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

I've taken down hundreds of blogs over the years when people are truly sorry and want to move on with their lives, but I won't be taking down this one. Southcoast Health CEO Keith Hovan was arrested for DV with his wife and the charge was later dismissed. I don't really give a shit about that. What I do care about is that I wrote about this guy because he forced healthcare workers out of their jobs because they wouldn't get an experimental vaccine that history has proven to be useless. He did this while making over $2.3 million a year. This was my response to his lawyer's email today requesting the article be removed: "I am much more offended by the fact that Mr. Hovan forced healthcare workers to be raped with an experimental vaccine. While Mr. Hovan greedily collected a salary in excess of $2.3 million, the frontline workers under his employ lost their ability to feed their families because Mr. Hovan chose to politicize medicine. Now, three years later, we have seen just how foolish and wrong Mr. Hovan was. Has he issued any sort of formal apology? Has he made amends with the terminated employees who refused to be raped with the experimental vaccine? Because that's what it is when you're forced to put something inside your body against your will - RAPE. He lied and spread misinformation during a pandemic in order for his friends in big pharma to to maximize their profits with more vaccine mandates. People like him should be in jail for the crimes they committed during the pandemic. I will not be removing any articles, as he is clearly not the least bit sorry for what he did to all these innocent people. Sean Combs aka P Diddy update: After a quiet five days of no TV appearances, his attorney filed this short letter with the Court. This looks like an attempt to make it clear that there is nothing pending before Court. This would make the last day for trial Dec 2, 2024. Absent more excludable time for future motions, it is possible that Mr. Combs will be doing the ultimate hail mary, forcing his case to trial within the speedy trial perimeters. This almost always never happens but if the government would not be ready for some reason, this could be a tactic but this early, they can and will be ready.

🚨🚨🚨 Sean Combs aka P Diddy is detained pending trial. He can appeal to the District Court for review. It seems like this arrest caught his legal team off guard because their bail package was hastily put together and it only addressed flight, not a danger to the community. The argument focused too much on the evidence which they have not seen yet and not enough on why he was not a danger to the community.
