It lacks the internal strength and structure you would typically expect at the beginning of a larger wave 3. As long as that structure is absent, the probability of another leg lower remains high. On the chart, price is reacting within an important Fibonacci cluster zone. These areas often produce temporary bounces, but a reaction alone does not confirm a durable low. What matters is whether the advance unfolds in a clean 5-wave sequence. Without that structural shift, the market remains vulnerable to forming a lower wave C within the broader corrective pattern. Following a liquidation move, sharp rebounds are common. However, real reversals are defined by structure, not by speed. At the moment, confirmation is still missing.
