Do you know why some companies don’t agree to hybrid work schedules? Because they’ll look for some of you on your hybrid days.

@oladelewrites Can you imagine. I worked from home 2weeks ago, my internet was misbehaving and I was shivering, I had to escalate to my manager before yawa gas.

@YourDearestHR On a work from home day, MD called a staff to do sth for him. Her response: "I'm cooking, I will do it soon." That was how Work-from-Home days reduced from 3 to 2.
