Any company that completely outsources its HR department is already telling you something about its culture.
You can outsource payroll.
You can outsource recruitment support.
You can buy HRMS.
But outsourcing the entire people function? That’s usually where accountability goes to die.
The HR vendor protects the contract, the company protects its costs then the employees are left to protect themselves.
Everybody is “managing people,” but nobody is truly responsible for them. And somehow those companies are always shocked by high turnover, poor culture, weak engagement and chaotic leadership.
HR is too strategic to be treated like rented office furniture.

@YourDearestHR On a work from home day, MD called a staff to do sth for him. Her response: "I'm cooking, I will do it soon." That was how Work-from-Home days reduced from 3 to 2.

@YourDearestHR Happened in my company. Our MD assigned a task to someone that was supposed to be WFH and he told him he couldn’t coz it was his off day. He cancelled WFH the next day.
