After a well deserved break we're back tonight. The usual time+place 6:30 Tredomen gateway car park. New members are always welcome so if you fancy a run come join us we have groups for all abilities from beginners to experienced runners. See you all tonight.

In light of the predicted high temperatures we have decided to cancel the club session tomorrow. Hopefully conditions will be more suited to running on Thursday. Please stay safe and cool.

What a weekend of running for Ystrad runners. Michelle+Deb kicked it off on Friday night with the Kolor dash. Saturday/parkrun with Rhian's 50th Ava smashing out a new PB @PenalltaParkrun. Deb and Michelle and the two Robs rounded off the weekend with @Cardiff5K #ystradrunners

Well done to Head coach Graham for taking on the Great Welsh Marathon his first time completing the distance at an official event, also well done to Rob who took on the Great Welsh Half Marathon. There was also a fab turn out at Penallta parkrun by club members as well.

Well done to Pat and Stuart who took part in the CF64 Winter race at Cosmeston, a nice 10k trail run. Reports are it was pretty warm but not as muddy as previous years. Great job both
