I'm hiring full-time research scientists and interns for my new team, the Verifiable AI Lab at @miromind_ai (SF Bay Area).
As AI systems take on harder and longer-horizon tasks, a fundamental bottleneck emerges: human review doesn't scale, and models that can't check their own work can't be trusted to reason deeply. We believe that making AI verifiable is not just a safety concern—it is what unlocks the next level of capability.
We are building systems that can verify, critique, and validate reasoning and generation. Our research spans reward modeling, self-verification, LLM-as-judge, mathematical reasoning, and code correctness.
What we're looking for:
• A demonstrated track record in verifiable AI (papers, technical reports, open-source projects, etc.)
• Strong ML foundations and ability to quickly implement ideas end-to-end
• Experience training/evaluating LLMs
• (PhD is nice to have, but not required)
