This is what all of my transgender friends tell me. Maybe you haven’t met a transgender person before. But I have. In fact, I’ve probably met more transgender people than 99.9% of you. Some of them are the most incredible people I know. So next time you hear people talking about them in derogatory ways, just tell them this. And tell them to shut the f-up and get a life.
