All I can say about this weekend is 1. I was so happy to see my youngest my heart is full 2. I have people who truly love and care for me 3. I'm learning to choose myself and that's hard

At #FWA2026 there was a teenage black furry (about 17) who walked up to me to tell me im the reason their mom let them come to the furry convention because “There are black people there so it’s cool” — i told them i did the same thing at their age. This year was special.

@tsgirlvickkyy @birdmoder Yep! I'm just a big fan of their work (the whale sharks are my favorite animals ever and I've spent hours just watching them swim there)

If you are going to FWA please be aware that the Georgia aquarium houses Beluga whales..If you are aware of what captivity does to this species💔 The Georgia aquarium is cool, but sadly I cannot support them because buying a ticket supports dolphin and whale captivity 💔💔

@Yuko “All of their animals are rescues” I’m a big supporter of the Georgia aquarium and other AZA facilities. But this part isn’t true. Most of the animals are coming from other AZA facilities *as someone who’s worked as a keeper at several AZA facilities
