@Brandoniswrite @dallascowboys I like how he has a specific plan for these hybrid/multiple players. Some coaches will try to have them master 10 things at once then they end up not being good at anything. Sounds like he wants to have them lock into one spot comfortably before he uses them at various spots.

If i am the Dallas Cowboys, I am looking at the possibility of KEEPING Spann-Ford and TRADING/RELEASING Schoonmaker. In my opinion, Spann-Ford is the better blocker- showing more improvement within 12 personnel.

@Stephen_Mac03 Agreed. I think Trigg comes in and takes Schoon’s spot. Ferg, Trigg and BSF should be the 3 tight ends. Ferg is TE1 (For now). Trigg is your receiving/flex tight end until he becomes a serviceable enough blocker to challenge for TE1. And BSF is your blocking TE.
