Bill Maher SLAPS around Gov. Gavin Newsom over California’s endless money-pit train to nowhere—then hits him hard with: “You got to let that train go! Let the train go.” Bill Maher: “The other side, what they are going to say though is, but have you seen the stats from California?” California Gov. Gavin Newsom: Good! One of the largest economies. Let’s go!” Bill Maher: *Laughs* “Well, are they going to say good about gas prices? Are they going to say good about how high their rents are? So many people leave—I mean there’s a whole litany.” “I mean the train. Gavin, you got to get rid of the train. I say this as a friend, you got to let that train go. Let the train go. It’s up to $231B.” Gavin Newsom: “No, it’s not... We got it back on track.” “I’m very proud of the state of California.” Well, he’s likely the only one!

ADULTERY IS SIN AGAINST GOD AND DESTROYS LIVES: Adultery is not a private mistake—it is open rebellion against a holy God and a direct violation of the covenant of marriage. It is betrayal wrapped in selfish desire, bringing ruin not only upon the guilty but crushing the innocent. Exodus 20:14 “Thou shalt not commit adultery.” Hebrews 13:4 “Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.” God does not excuse it, soften it, or overlook it. He declares judgment upon it. What many call “love” or “happiness” is, in truth, lust that tears apart what God has joined together. THE BETRAYAL AGAINST A SPOUSE: Adultery pierces the heart of a faithful husband or wife like a sword. It shatters trust, humiliates the innocent, and replaces security with anguish and confusion. The one who vowed faithfulness becomes the source of deepest pain. Proverbs 6:32-33 “But whoso committeth adultery with a woman lacketh understanding: he that doeth it destroyeth his own soul. A wound and dishonour shall he get; and his reproach shall not be wiped away.” The damage is not temporary. The scars remain. Trust once broken is not easily restored, and many homes never recover from such treachery. THE DEVASTATION BROUGHT UPON CHILDREN: Children suffer silently under the weight of a parent’s sin. Their sense of safety is shaken. Their understanding of love is corrupted. What should be a place of stability becomes a battlefield of tension, confusion, and heartbreak. Malachi 2:14-16 “...the LORD hath been witness between thee and the wife of thy youth, against whom thou hast dealt treacherously... For the LORD, the God of Israel, saith that he hateth putting away... therefore take heed to your spirit, that ye deal not treacherously.” God calls it treachery—a deliberate betrayal. And children often carry the consequences long after the act is done. THE SPIRITUAL CORRUPTION AND SELF-DESTRUCTION: Adultery hardens the heart, sears the conscience, and pulls the soul further into darkness. It is not just sin against a spouse—it is sin against one’s own body and against God Himself. 1 Corinthians 6:18 “Flee fornication... he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.” James 4:4 “Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God...” This sin blinds, deceives, and ultimately destroys if it is not repented of. GOD’S CALL: REPENT, RETURN, AND BE RESTORED: Though adultery is grievous, God still calls sinners to repent and turn back. There is forgiveness through Jesus Christ—but not without true repentance and forsaking of sin. Proverbs 28:13 “He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.” John 8:11 “...go, and sin no more.” The path forward is not denial, excuses, or continuing in sin—it is brokenness, confession, and a complete turning back to righteousness. FINAL WARNING: Adultery promises pleasure but delivers destruction. It steals peace, crushes families, and invites the judgment of God. Guard your heart, honor your vows, and fear the Lord—because the cost of this sin is far greater than the fleeting moment that tempts it.

Socialist NYC mayor Mamdani is begging for a bailout from the state of New York. The state has a budget deficit also: $2.2 billion in 2026 and $10.4 billion in 2027 "We cannot close this deficit with savings alone. We need new revenue, and we need a structural reset in our relationship with the state. That is the only way to meet our legal obligation to pass a balanced budget."

My favorite kind of abortion is the kind that's safe, legal, accessible, and none of your damn business to regulate. And no amount of fearmongering by describing what goes on to a half-ounce fetus with no consciousness, self-awareness, or feeling of pain is going to change that.
