When the Military in Ghana overthrew President Kwame Nkrumah,President Sekou Toure of Guinea offered him the position of Co-President of Guinea.Presidents Tinubu of Nigeria,Nana Akufo of Ghana and other Ecowasians can show similar love to Bozoum instead of threats of war.

In 2015,over a thousand members of the Islamic Movement were massacred in Zaria on the orders of the then military COAS and publicly supported by the then Governor of Kaduna State. The general public were encouraged through hateful propaganda to march and dance on the corpses of the victims and search for anything valuable in their pockets. The bullet riddled and charred remains of the victims including women and children were reportedly buried in mass graves in Kaduna state.Their offence was simply that they ‘blocked the road against the Army chief. The killing of the 103 EndSARS protesters in Lagos is one of the hidden atrocities of the Buhari era.The spirits of those murdered whether for ‘blocking’ the road in Zaria or ‘blocking’ the Lekki gate will continue to haunt this country and hang over its skies until justice is done.

There are many reasons why every Muslim finds this content absolutely disrespectful, hurtful and offensive @davido. I assume you all know that we Muslims don't mix our religion with jokes in any way, especially Salah (prayer), which is sacred and the second of the five pillars of Islam. In Salah, Muslims remember our Lord, Allah, express our love and respect for Him and invoke and strive to express our gratitude towards Him. The notion is that the Salah activity brings the individual face-to-face with God. That is what we believe, and that is our faith. Please respect it. No Muslim will find it as an honor or acceptable.

Governor Adeleke entered Eid Ground, his aides asked Sen. Ajibola @DrSRJ_ who had arrived very early to stand up for him because he supposed to sit where the Senator sat. The Senator stood up and moved to another seat but Adelekians said the Senator must leave the entire row because the Governor aides must occupy front rows. At that point, the Senator said no. Attempts by thugs who accompanied the Governor to force the Senator to another row failed and the Governor angrily left the Eid ground without saying the prayers. He also directed the police to arrest the Senator, unfortunately, the Senator left the ground immediately after prayers and couldn't be arrested. Eid Mubarak

While Terrorists atrociously killed, maimed,Kidnapped and raped the people of Katsina for eight years, their State Government, the political elites, the traditional institution sang the praises of the former President because he comes from their state, and he received a hero’s welcome on his return.Don’t blame any ethnic group when they also blindly and rabidly support one of their own on any situation.

@ShehuSani The first constitutional mess committed by Buhari was to appoint a retired military colonel to head the Nigeria Customs Service; the first in the history of the service. Such damn the spirit of patriotism and aspiration amongst the rank and file of the NCS.

Full congratulations go to President Tinubu @officialABAT for getting rid of Emefiele, Bawa, fuel subsidy, and forex corruption. Endemic corruption has suffered a massive blow. Next, it is for the president to dismantle INEC @inecnigeria. Everyone will agree that logistically, the 2023 elections are the worst in our history. I do not refer to the merits of the election results. Many results are disputed and are in tribunals. Both petitioners and respondents suffered at the hands of an incompetent INEC. As we await rulings from the courts, massive reforms of the electoral framework ought to begin. However, this means that the INEC Chairman will have to leave office by resignation or removal; otherwise, the reform task will be impeded. I quickly add that the suggested reforms have nothing to do with the merits of the election results at all. Both winners and losers of the elections were victims of the failure of INEC. Confidence in Nigeria's democracy will be enhanced by a deep cleansing of INEC. OA.

I still dont get why people talk down on Kwankwaso for realigning with BAT. RMK may have his shortcomings but you cant rule out the fact that he is one of the most valuable politicians in the North. His 2023 outing is a living testimony. RMK is loved because of the socialist nature of his politics. He proved himself to be competent on every given chance. And PBAT promised to hunt and reward competence. Working with Kwankwaso is like buying product at PROMO price. Because BAT will get quality and political value in one transaction. Political assets are 2: Support asset and capacity asset. Kwankwaso has all of them.

I hosted the High Commissioner of Bulgaria to Nigeria, Ambassador Extraordinary Yanko V Yardanove, at the General Muhammadu Buhari House, in Katsina, yesterday. During the visit, we discussed areas of collaboration and partnership in the interest of Katsina State.
