Live2D tip moving child-warp outside of parent what happens when the mesh/deformer peeks out of the parent deformer? does it matter? yes (kind of) child deformers have different behaviour outside their parent deformer. that can be used for many interesting things #Live2D 1/4

@YoshinoArt Well, seems that this is not as straight forward as it seems. ^^ The UI button icons seem to have a opaque grey background color and some colors are hard-coded. This might be a lot of work for the Live2D team. ^^

By setting up the artmesh with outer vertices far from the center vertice, then glue the center to an artmesh under deformer, the texture will remain tracked and stay relatively at the right angle . This is time efficient way for sparkle on acc #Live2D #live2dtutorial

The script works with a wrapper framework written in Java which represents the state of Cubism in Python and enables to directly interact with and modify the meshes keyforms.

All those transformations are done by a little Python script (it's only 400 lines of code) that controls and modifies the state of Cubism. ^^✨

It's teatime ^^ ✨Fully rigged Utah teapot in #Live2D via art meshes and a lot of keyforms. Intersecting surfaces are still not ideal though ... >.>

@AriyaSusanto 1.) I'm using a Python script for that ^^ 2.) You can directly rig art meshes; this is no problem and supported by Cubism. It's not good practice though and should be avoided as this severly limits the extendability of the model. ^^

@YuzuStr this looks amazing if I may ask, do you use a different program to "project" the 3D model / UV to Live2D? and how did you manage the rotation without the deformers and glue 👀👀👀

@aoife_onizuka This has not been manual labor - just so that you know. ^^ Rigging 800+ keyframes for 12k triangles would be insane and probably take a year to complete.😅

@anaiss_vt It's actually 29 * 29 = 841 keyforms for Cubism to handle ^^ ✨ Around the angles of 0°, 90°, 180°, -90° and -180° additional keyforms in a distance of 0.05° are required to correctly swap the order of the layers. - Obviously, I've not rigged those 800 keyforms by hand. 😆
