VC-25A 92-9000 departed Andrews Air Force Base, followed by two C-32s as SAM 47 and SAM 366. Air Force One may fly direct to Beijing Capital International Airport, but the two C-32s will make a stop in Anchorage. Around the same time, an E-4B departed Offutt Air Force Base as HANK 99, headed for Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan. HANK 99 will fly non-stop and will be refuelled by 9 tankers - KECK 31-33, DEED 21-22 and Unk 11-13. HANK 99 appears to have been refuelled shortly after departing Offutt AFB by 62-3577. Three additional C-17s have arrived in Asia since yesterday. REACH 4533 seems to be the last arrival in China, bringing it to 10 flights. REACH 4598 from Offutt AFB arrived in Kadena, likely signalling where the E-4 will base itself. Another C-17 arrived in South Korea at Osan Air Base as REACH 4607 - this is likely for an escape jet that is not showing on flight tracking sites.
