Used Claude Design and Opus 4.7 to design a personal dashboard.

I don’t agree with universal high income
A paycheck may keep the lights on, but it does not give a person purpose. People need more than comfort and idle distraction. They need something that makes them feel useful, needed, and alive, whether that is work, family, faith, service, building something, or striving toward a goal.
When people have no sense of meaning, no responsibility, and no reason to get up with intention, frustration and emptiness can turn into anger, restlessness, and destructive behavior.
A life without fulfillment is not really living at all. People need a reason to matter, because purpose is what keeps both individuals and society steady.

A couple questions:
If my job isn’t taken by AI, do I still have to work while others get free money?
Who decides that AI did in fact take my job and not that I was just unemployable or lying? (People might claim to be software engineers but in fact do not have the skills, and because that entire industry is AI, they claim to be replaced by AI.)
Aside from this being blatantly socialist and economically illiterate, it is a childish fantasy that in no way will lead to net-positive outcomes.

Yes the initial flood of unemployed will be an issue, as we continue to build, there will be natural jobs that are created. Why? Because that’s what in every Industrial Revolution.
There is a massive human shortage in many industries that won’t be replaced by AI.
Pair that with baby boomers dying off your population self corrects.

You’re fucking high bro. For every accountant, lawyer, doctor, financial advisor, marketer, administrator, clerk, janitor, custodian, HR rep etc job that’s eliminated, there’ll be 5 new jobs working in AI or something created by AI? Something that an AI-driven robot, produced by a workerless factory, can’t do instead? Ukraine is even showing that SOLDIERS won’t exist in the military, nor logistics specialists. That’s a few million more jobs gone. Driving jobs won’t exist either - that’s NINE million jobs. We’ll have 35 million new jobs to replace truckers, Uber drivers, chauffeurs and postal workers?
Every dog spa and trampoline park I know of employs less than 5 people. Maybe the biggest ones employ 8. Massive data centers spanning 100 acres employ 500 people, at most.

99% of people really do not understand abundance as Elon describes it.
The fundamental reason is that they don’t understand compound growth.
Same people who would probably pick 1 million dollars today over a penny that doubles in value every day for 30 days.
