@Z4birding @NTBirdClub Is this not one of those orange legged Pink-feet? Has a small dark head with small bill showing pink (not orange) markings. Also lots of white in visible tail.

My luck held this lunchtime when we arrived at Cresswell Pond, #Northumberland, to have excellent views of White-billed Diver flying off. Similar to, Pratincole flying from Holywell, and Black-throated Thrush as it lifted never to be seen again! Phew! Thanks everybody! #luckyTom
