Great case presentation on missed HCM Dx: 56F with no PMHx, diagnosed with anxiety for intermittent SOB. 3 years later, ER visit for SOB led to EKG & Echo revealing HCM Dx. ~55% of HCM cases go undiagnosed. When something feels wrong, dig deeper—patients count on us.
