@ZAGG_Support I made a warranty claim a month ago re a screen for iPhone 15 which was accepted. zagg said replacement would arrive in 5-7 days and i paid shipping. Nothing received now into March.

@ZAGGdaily @mophie @mophiesupport I had to manually submit the receipt to one of your agents to register my warranty on your site. We did this through email/telephone. I go to get a warranty replacement and now you tell me that it's canceled and u can't verify my purchase.

@ZAGG_Support the kickstand broke off of my brand new Crystal Palace case for the iPhone Air so I went on the website to get a warranty replacement. I paid $15 to get a new Blue one sent to me and the next day you cancelled my order stating that I had not proven my purchase. Problem is that you guys never asked for proof. I then provided proof and created a support ticket. That was days ago and nobody has reached out or said anything. Request #7503155 and I have my receipt and I want my replacement. Please help.
