@cultofmac Suggest ceasing any recs of Zagg products. I replaced slim go keyboard case in Nov 2025 after last one failed. The new one failed after one month. Tried to file a warranty replacement. No response for weeks then charge me 9.99 for shipping. I paid then silence. #zagg

@FedExHelp Another package lost. Text notification pkg delivered while I was sitting at home. No door bell, nothing. I ran downstairs a few minutes after text. No package. What’s the deal? I called the vendor and told them to stop using FedEx.

Wow no service. Spoke/tweeted many FedEx reps, their final response: “On the FedEx Ground Economy packages we are unable to initiate a trace for research. Please contact your shipper to replace your package contents or request a refund.” This is a gift from someone. SOL.
