He was being a dick and behaving like entitled white trash. All he had to do was show his ID. If he didn't have his ID on him, he could have just said so. He wasn't driving so he didn't commit an infraction of driving without a license. They would have asked for his name and date of birth and he could have told them. Even the driver was telling his passenger to comply, and he continued to resist, using slang and unintelligent English to sound hood.
