@zillow @ZGRentals my zillow rental manager account has been disabled for 2 days and i have sent numerous emails to account_verification@zillow.com but not one has contacted me yet. Issue #13562542. I am loosing potential clients because of this!

I have to be honest here, the @zillow @ZGRentals #RentalManager web app is pretty awesome, and them providing it for free if you only have one rental is pretty damn fantastic.

@ZGRentals we have an issue but so far cannot reach any real zillow person to solve it. We tried to list our home for rent, but zillow told us it is listed by unauthorized someone. However, we cannot find any existing listing on zillow

@zillow I am not getting responses to what seems like a simple request; I am unable to access my agent profile to claim my own listings because my CA DRE# is tied to what turned out to be a 2nd account created for me while I hung my license with Compass (I left there 3 years ago)

I have signed up for premier agent ad to get leads for a zip code. I have not received a single lead so far. @zillow Is this is a scam? Why cant I cancel my subscription if you can’t support. I am sure many user agrees.
