Hating on DeFi incentives is so funny and stupid in the same time. Imagine people would be hating block rewards (wrt any consensus! pow/pos/post/whatever) bc networks should be sustainable and earn enough from tx (or other) fees! So if you don’t like defi incentives, educate yourself a lil bit and check and how much fees or other sources of revenues is your favorite blockchain generating w/o block rewards for miners/stakers. No one would mine bitcoin w/o block rewards and WAY LESS people would stake your PoS coins if they would rely only on fees generated by network. Thank you for visiting my TED talk.

Market (esp. alts) looks pretty awful until next QE or bigger fiat drama elsewhere (EU?). But I am not concerned about us bc of positive trend in traction for which I will do my best to even increase this momentum. Then there are awesome and powerful releases ahead of us, like overhaul of pool token - $H2O dynamics. After next runtime upgrade half of fee denominated in H2O and 2nd half will go to accumulation of other assets. I am quite sure community will want to see more HDX buybacks, I will be glad to propose accumulation of yield bearing stablecoins, HOLAR (as soon as it will go live, esp. everytime when it will slip bellow 1$), (t?)BTC, ETH… Without Protocol owned liqudity we would not be here, so we have to grow it for worse times. Omnipool, H2O and HDX validated themselves at harvesting volatility very well. Bigger protocol own liquidity will harvest more volatility and fees in ANY ecosystem, time and space. So while CT looks like city square of 1929 I am more optimistic about @hydration_net than anytime of last 2 years. Big sorry for not releasing 2025 roadmap yet, better late than never :) better great roadmap than weak roadmap as well 😉
