When we decided to leave, getting port-out information took multiple requests over several weeks, causing delays that impacted our business. Now we’re being told they won’t work with us on cancellation and are only offering a small discount on a service we no longer use.

Frustrated with @Zoom. Think twice before using @Zoom We signed based on strong acct support. They removed our rep and refused to let us keep him. It takes multiple follow-ups to get responses. So we left, but they won’t work with us on cancellation. Leadership needs to step in
