Did you even read my post? That’s not the issue. The issue is I set the time correctly for my time zone, but the invitation was sent to two other time zones and it didn’t show up correctly in one of those two time zones. Newsflash: Chicago and New York are not in the same time zone. Your app should not treat them as if they were. You’re going to have a hard time convincing me that my settings would cause a problem like that. I am 100% convinced the problem is on your end.

So, @Zoom, explain to me exactly why someone who pays for an annual plan doesn’t qualify for technical support. FYI, your AI assistant has no idea why a meeting set for 11:00 in London would show up as 06:00 in New York AND 06:00 in Chicago. May be time to find a more responsive platform.

the zoom mac app changing the app icon itself to show a red badge, even though I have notification badges turned off at the OS level, is the darkest dark pattern I've seen. egregious @Zoom

@zoom The latest Win11 version is a disaster. To enable other participants to share screen, I have to click through a couple of levels of menus. This is my most common per-meeting change, and you have made it painful. Please give us back the single admin tools menu!

Using @Zoom Phone lasted about 30 minutes, after which I'm canceling the account. I set up my greeting in several places, that I couldn't use. Theb you can't contact #support and the AI chat doesn't rout you to a human. If I provided a service like this I'd be out of business. #majorfail

@Zoom has the most ridiculous customer service route. Account has been suspended by mistake, but to speak to someone I have to login….but I can’t….because it’s suspended…. Ridiculous loop and impossible to speak to anyone. No wonder everyone goes to teams

@Zoom I hate the endless updates to the app. It has disconnected from my calendar multiple times, is now much more difficult to schedule meetings and confirm them, I get no reminders- this is all due to arbitrary changes to the design! These are not helpful! They slow people down!
