As a medical provider, I will tell you it’s to ask about abuse. It’s even done with adults. The victim won’t speak in front of a family member, or the abuser. When you deliver an 11 year old’s baby, because her father was sexually abusing her, you understand. Not everything is a conspiracy.

I took my 11 year old to her checkup this morning and the nurse asked me to step out of the room for a moment. I politely declined and she said, "It's just for a moment." And I told her, "No thank you, given all the stories about children being abused my husband and I decided to never leave our children alone with anyone, even medical providers. She looked all miffed and just left, no idea what her plan was but she didn't feel the need to continue it with me present and that makes me even more suspicious?? It’s better because the plant dictates what and how much of what it needs, when it needs it, through root exudates to express its genetic potential. That “proper feeding schedule” is a poor attempt by humans to replicate a superior natural process. Terpene profile is better 999 out of 1000 times in living soil for that exact reason.

@florofarm One main reason being that cannabis expresses higher levels of thc in low quality soil. So if you restrict its nutrients, intentionally, you can actually control the amount of thc that is expressed. This is extremely important for making extracts that are affordable.

@florofarm You're referring to a common method that is often called restricted feeding. They do that for specific reasons though. Proper feeding in a hydro setup isn't about EC. Thats specificly important for restricted feeding.
